College for Kids steams into town

Lake Region State College announces College STEAM for Kids will be held Summer 2024.

College STEAM for Kids is a fun, enriching program. Formerly called College for Kids, the new format will have classes that focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.

The courses are designed to be fun and educational, to challenge kids to use their imaginations, think creatively, and meet new friends.

Kids who have completed Kindergarten through grade five and their skill levels, interests, maturity, and self-reliance are at a level to enjoy a challenging experience.

Registration will be opening soon, said Erin Wood, LRSC Director of College Relations.

“We are hoping to have registration open in early May. Please watch the LRSC website and LRSC Facebook (lakeregionstate) for updates,” she said.
