Lake Region State College has a motto of we change lives. Faculty and staff strive to impact students’ lives. Thanks to donors like Renard and Candace Bergstrom, that impact on students is even more powerful.
Students enrolled in the Automotive Technology program at Lake Region State College receive support through program endowments like the Devils Lake Cars Program Endowment sponsored by the Bergstrom family.
Funds from this endowment purchases coats for graduating automotive technology graduates. Recently, each graduating student in the program received a coat.
“Thanks to Candace & Renard for these funds to help support the automotive technology program. They support scholarships, tooling, shop equipment, other program needs, and student success,” said LRSC Automotive Technology Professor Randy Olson.
“It helps our program immensely.”
