Today, Lake Region State College would have held its commencement ceremony.
However, with that unable to happen due to the COVID-19 situation, the college is creating a salute to graduates video that will be sent to students via email and posted on the LRSC social media sites. This video should be ready for distribution by Memorial Day. The college also is publishing its commencement book to send out to this year’s graduates.
Nursing students who would have participated in a pinning ceremony are also creating a video to salute those chosen to pin them and celebrate that milestone. These videos also will be posted on LRSC social media channels.
Students may check their Campus Connection accounts to see if or when their degrees are awarded and the Registrar’s office expects to have diplomas in the mail to students around the middle of June.
