Opportunities
Students in the FiTT program have the best of both worlds. With faculty in the profession, students enjoy a program that blends classroom theory and real-world experience. The last semester of the program is spent in the community, putting their knowledge to work. Students also learn how to create business and marketing plans if they decide to start their own business in the fitness industry.
Students who complete the Fitness Trainer Technician program enter the workforce or transfer to a university to continue studies in athletic training, exercise science, kinesiology, physical therapy, or related fields.
