LRSC Cares (BIT) Team
The LRSC Cares Team provides early, proactive support for students, faculty, and staff whose behavior raises concern for their well-being or the safety of others. Comprised of representatives from student affairs, counseling, student success, housing, human resources, and faculty, the team works collaboratively to address situations before they escalate. Anyone in the campus community is encouraged to report concerning, disruptive, or potentially harmful behavior—whether or not it violates a policy. Reports help connect individuals to the appropriate support services and contribute to a safer, healthier learning and working environment at Lake Region State College.
