Kori Zarzutzki has been hired as Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Assistant Housing Director.

Zarzutzki brings extensive collegiate coaching and student development experience, along with a strong background in residential life. Most recently, she has served as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Residential Life at Southwestern Community College, where she led all aspects of the basketball program while also overseeing housing operations for more than 180 students.

As a head coach, Kori has a proven track record of building and growing programs quickly. She has stepped into challenging situations and delivered results, including rebuilding rosters, improving team performance year over year, and maintaining strong academic outcomes. Her teams have consistently achieved high GPAs, and she has coached student-athletes to all-region recognition while keeping them academically on track.

Beyond athletics, Kori brings valuable experience in housing operations and student support. She is committed to building a program that represents LRSC well both on the court and in the classroom.

This position will be part-time for the upcoming year and will be re-evaluated next fiscal year as we assess program needs and long-term direction.
