Marketing Subplan
A marketing degree opens doors across many industries, as nearly every business relies on marketing professionals. Career options include roles in advertising, brand management, market research, and public relations.
This subplan introduces students to strategic marketing, consumer behavior, sales, and digital engagement. They learn to conduct market research, create branding and communication strategies, and use data for informed decisions. Coursework focuses on marketing's role in business operations and prepares graduates to develop marketing plans, engage customers, and drive growth.
Most marketing roles require at least an associate degree, though relevant work experience can sometimes substitute. A bachelor’s degree can lead to higher-paying positions and greater responsibilities, such as marketing management.
