Lake Region State College recently donated 20 boxes of textbooks to Books for Africa. 

Books for Africa helps place books into the hands of African children who are eager to learn. 

Over the past 36 years, Books For Africa has shipped over 61 million books, and over 7 million digital books to every one of the 55 countries on the African continent. 

Books For Africa is committed to ending the book famine in Africa so as to empower the next generation to read, make decisions, and pursue their dreams.
