Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP)
About CAAP
Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP) is a standardized assessment measuring general education skills and learning outcomes.
The CAAP test is administered in fall and spring. It includes writing, reading, mathematics, and science modules. Each student is randomly assigned two of the four tests.
Associate in Arts or Science graduates must complete CAAP to receive a transcript. Liberal arts students transferring after three full-time semesters or 40 credits must also complete the exam.
