LRSC will be educating health information technology professionals that can facilitate the implementation and support of an electronic health care system. Learn more about this six month program.

Scholarship opportunity
Applications are being accepted for the Florence Lake Service Scholarship.

Many students volunteer their time whether it clubs or athletics, reading to young students, tutoring, or helping at special events.

The Florence Lake Service Scholarship awards $1,000 to students who are selected to complete an 80-hour service plan.

Lake Region State College is building its center of excellence The Dakota Center for Technology-Optimized Agriculture.

Centers of Excellence allow colleges and universities to partner with private sector companies to increase educational opportunities for students and create quality jobs and careers in the community.

The center assists high plains grain growers in adopting technologies that lessen input costs and increase profitability. This center also creates spin-off technologies and additional job opportunities in the region.
