Scholarships
Help Student SOAR
LRSC and the Community College Foundation invite you to help students SOAR (Scholarship Opportunities for Achievement and Recognition). You can do this by joining the Annual Scholarship Program. The program is a project of the Community College Foundation, which also sponsors the Opportunities Annual Fund Campaign.
How it Works
Annual Scholarship and Program sponsors commit to funding a scholarship each year, usually for five years. Commitments of $500 per year or more are encouraged. Sponsors are encouraged to provide funding in early September to align with the school year start. Sponsors work with Community College Foundation staff to define priorities for selecting recipients.
