TrainND Northeast, is a member of the North Dakota University System's state-wide workforce training organization.  Lake Region State College is dedicated to meeting the employee trraining needs of businesses in Northeast North Dakota by providing flexible delivery of innovative employee training.

The college maintains several alliances to deliver quality training at or near the business's home base.  TrainND operates in each quadrant of the state with partners at ND State College of Science, Bismarck State College, and Williston State College.
