"I was very fortunate in the amount of scholarships I was granted. No amount of words can define how grateful I feel. Receiving those scholarships eliminated a huge amount of stress because I now no longer have to worry about where I was going to get the money to pay for my first year of college. I am able to concentrate more on my studies instead of worrying about putting in so many hours at work to make sure I have enough money to pay for college. The scholarships have also benefited me because I have more of a drive to do well in my classes. I want to make the businesses proud by representing the college well, keeping my grades high, working my hardest and making sure they invested their money well.
