Transferring from LRSC to a university
Students choose LRSC for a sense of community, price, convenient class times and offerings, online learning, and teachers who are there for them.
Almost half of our students continue their education by transferring into a bachelor’s degree program. These students should confer with their advisor and plan their entire community-college course early in their college career. Transcript Request Form must be mailed to Lake Region State College.
Across the North Dakota University System (NDUS) campuses the transfer of coursework is made easier by the use of common nomenclature for common courses.
These courses will easily transfer across the NDUS.

Students from LRSC can transfer to UND after completing their education at LRSC or continue their education through UND's online and distance programs.
