Community Education Information
Lake Region State College Office of Continuing Education offers life-long personal and professional development learning opportunities. We provide classes to sharpen your professional skills - or to help you learn new activities you can enjoy in your leisure time.

Sign Language Course
Explore a fascinating language with the Basic Sign Language course offered by LRSC Office of Continuing Education. This course will provide you an introduction to basic sign language vocabulary, fingerspelling, numbers, and Deaf culture. Expressive and receptive dialogue excercises are incorporated.

This course will provide opportunities to practice sign language conversations with deaf individuals. Class will meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:00-8:00 pm at the ND School for the Deaf. No charge.  Call today to pre-register.

Hunter Safety
These classes are held in the evening and are free and open to the public. Students must be at least 11 years old. All skill levels welcomed. Students must attend all sessions. Class is limited to 35 students and preregistration is required.  Learn more.
