Customer service training

How employees interact with customers impacts a business. Ensuring great customer service is a priority for many businesses.

That need is why the TrainND division at Lake Region State College will provide a customer service seminar in March. Participants have two dates and times to choose for the training.

This interactive two-hour training to sharpen skills will be held on March 13 or 14 at Dunn Brothers Coffee in the City Plaza. The times of the session differ to accommodate employee schedules. The March 13 session will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and the March 14 session will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. In today’s transparent and hard-fought competition are satisfied customers the key to success. Long-term relationships with a Win-Win-Situation will lead to repeated business and a higher revenue for your company.

Facilitator Kyle Ternes will introduce you in the world of Customer Service. You will learn about customer service, why it is so important, and how you can stick out of the competition.
