NDUS Account

Your NDUS Account consists of an ID and password. This account is used for NDUS services, like Campus Connection, Financials, HRMS, and Moodle.

Campus Connection

Campus Connection (Campus Solutions) is the student administration system of Oracle’s PeopleSoft product. It is used for students register for classes, check their bill, and other administration functions.

Campus Computer Account

   
A Campus Computer Account is required to login to any computer on the Lake Region State College campus. It is also required to use the LRSCstudent, secure wireless that is throughout the whole LRSC campus.

How do you get an account?

   
  1. Read the Lake Region State College Policies. You must accept both the LRSC Computer Usage Policies and the NDUS Network and Computer Policy.
  2. Fill out the Campus Computer Account form.
  3. Wait for an email from the LRSC Information Technology department or contact the LRSC Computer Helpcenter for faster assistance.
  4. Login to your account and change the password*.
   

*User Name: same as NDUS Account ID, if you don't know your Account ID visit NDUS Helpdesk.

*Default Password: lrscFL###
FL are your initials capitalized, first and last name, and ### is the last 3 digits of your Student ID#
Example:
  • Jane Doe with Student ID 0123456
  • lrscJD456

    Computers are available for rental for one week or for a whole semester. Please visit the Computer Rental Page for more information or to sign up for a computer.

  Email can be added to Mobile Phone, but LRSC IT HelpCenter requires a security or passcode to be placed on the device.

LRSC Help Desk can set up wireless connections on various devices, including:

Non-Supported Devices

LRSC Wireless requires WPA Enterprise or WPA2 Enterprise Security, for that reason we do not support:

 
  • Game Consoles (may be connected to wired network)

Visitors

 
  • NDUS employees or students can connect to wireless by choosing NDUS-Systemwide and using their Campus Connection credentials.
  • Community visitors need to contact the Help Desk, 662-1596, or stop in at the office located near the Student Union, to get a login and password for the day.
  • Events on campus often request wireless access when they complete the Facilities Usage Form.

Antivirus


All computers connected to the network must have an antivirus program. (McAfee Antivirus is no longer available for non-college owned computers.) Remove old antivirus before installing a new one. Recommended software:
