Change for Student Email!

February 18th, 2015

At most North Dakota University System campuses, student email is on a different system than the faculty/staff email system. While both systems are using Microsoft Office 365, the student version of Office 365 ( is not as robust as the faculty/staff system. In addition, the two separate systems limit some of the collaborative features and functionality that would be available if the two systems were consolidated into one.

So as a result, plans are underway to consolidate the student Office 365 system with the faculty/staff Office 365 system. The following video provides an overview of the consolidation and what it will mean for students, faculty, and staff: Office 365 Consolidation Video
